Gareau, Law Director, and Nlrse Hodgins, Recording Secretaryo ?:Io Reading and Correction of Pti.nutes Mrs. Eian moved to approve minutes of November 123 1974 meeting as wr•itteno Mro Prokas,y seconded and motion passede Building Department Requests (a) 01d Requests (1) Retail Building - 25284 Lorain Rda Mr, Moss, representing Mr. Puzzitiello, came before the ? Commission at this time. No site plans are available to Commissioners this evening. Mr. Moss said plan does con- form with city code. The question is proposed State Route 252, Notice was sent to State Highway Department and 120 day wait has expired and no action has been taken to this date. Mr. Moss also said demand letter was sent to the City and Planning Commission is free to approve plans 1e- gally. Referral was made to minutes of Nov. :.2 meetingo No engineering study has been made, no plans to check. Grading and drainage do not appear on plans submittede Mre Prokasy questioned parkingo 1-7ro Prokasy moved to keep re- quest in committee and to consider same at the next meet- ing. Mre iMoss wi11 submit plans to Engineering Department. Mrs. Eian seconded ana motion passed, (2) Dougherty 01ds Mr. Gundy said there is request to change somewhat their approved plan. Mre Gundy reviewed background of Kuhlman Olds and of trees. Dick Ziegan, landscaper9 showed pic- tures and asked for removal of tree in front; it is too close to Lorain Rd. and presents safety hazard. Council- man Sharpe asked if trees have been removed that should not have been removed. She was shown the pictures. There is vaorry about tree branchess Considerabl.e discussion en- sued during which neighbors Jacob Diehr, 5035 Porter Rda, ?.
