Roll Ca7,1 <br />Vice Chairman PrQkasy called the meeting to oxder at 8:00 p.m. <br />Those present were: Messrs. .Prokasy, Davis, E1liott, Roberts <br />and Tischler. <br />Also present: Mr. McDermott, Assistant City Enga.neer, Mr. Gundy, <br />Building CommisSioner, Mre Gareau, Law Director, <br />Mrs. Hodgins, Recording Secretary and Councilmen <br />Wilamosky and Goggin. <br />II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mr. Davis moved to change word "maximum" on Page 3 of Idovember 261 <br />1974 minutes to "a period of three yeax°s'!. Mr. Roberts moved to <br />second the mota,on. Motion to correct minutes passed unanimausly. <br />14r. Dava.s moved for approval of minutes as corxected, Mr. Roberts <br />seconded an,d motion passed. <br />IIT. Bua.lding Departmen't Requests <br />(a) Old Requests <br />(1) Dougherty Olds (formerly Kuhlman 01ds) - revised plans <br />Mr. Gundy showed copy of original approved plan. Mro <br />Ziegan showed p].an of traffi.c flow. Mr. Ziegan's draw - <br />ing is not to scale and not suitable for file and record <br />purposes. Changes from original plan were outlined by <br />Mr. Gundy. Fence and retaining waJ.ls are inm Wooden <br />slats are now required instead of plastic (by Council <br />action). There was discussion of trade of old tree for <br />four new trees in 50 ft. setback. Lengthy discussion <br />followed. N1r. E1liott moved to hold in committee; <br />seconded by Mr. Tischler and passed. <br />, (2) Bar•Lo:t Road Condomi south off Barton Road at <br />vou11•?(;- T4'^- <br />49 units <br />Ravised plans were shown with one less sui'te (48 in- <br />stead of 49) by Architect Krebs and Mr, Barrett. A <br />neighbor, Ted Passig, 5712 Barton Road was present. <br />Adequate parking spaces are provided. Driveway needs <br />to be wic'.ened. Further discussion ensued. Mr. Davis <br />moved for apgroval of proposal with exception of en-- <br />largement of driveway from 12 ft. to 20 ft. Mr> E1- <br />liott seconded and motion passed. <br />(3) Retail Building - 252$4 Lorain Rd. <br />Review of area and plans was given.
