Desil4nation of Landmarks: 30095 Lorain Road <br />Mr. Morse apologized to the commission for having to reschedule the home tour and assured the <br />commission a new date would be set. In researching county tax records he found entries which <br />suggested the home was constructed in 1923 or 1924. He questioned if the commission <br />recognized trees as they have a few red cedar trees which may qualify for the Ohio Big Trees <br />recognition. Mr. Schumann asked which commissioners would lilce to be on the committee to <br />research the property. Ms. Davis said the fireplace in the home is unique as it was constructed <br />using stones from each state unfortunately no one lcept a record as to which stones came from <br />which state. Mr. Schumann, Ms. Nader, Ms. Davis and Mr. Dubowski will be the committee to <br />research the home. Mr. Morse said he would forward anything he finds to the commission and <br />thanked them for their help. <br />Butternut Historic District Survey Project <br />Ms. Wenger said the consultants sent the report to the Ohio Historic Preservation Office and the <br />OHPO responded with questions and comments. She's pleased with the level of detailed review <br />provided by the OHPO and hopes to have the final report soon. <br />Miscellaneous <br />Ms. Wenger said the Biddulph landmark plaque was given to the North Olmsted Foundation to <br />be installed. NOFI is planning to have the ribbon cutting ceremony on Sunday, June 10, 2012. <br />Invitations will be sent. <br />Ms. Wenger said the Parker marlcer was repaired and refurbished by Sewah Studios. It was <br />reinstalled by the Service Department.
