Ms. Meredith moved, seconded by Mr. Mahoney, to recommend BZA grant CMS12- <br />10 Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Center of 28595 Lorain Road the following <br />vlriances: <br />1. A 6 foot 5 inch variance for front building setbaclc, code requires 75 feet, applicant <br />shows 68 feet 7 inches, Section 1139.07. <br />2. A vai-iance for 1 additional ground sign; code permits 1 per lot, applicant shows 2, <br />Section 1163.27(a). See Note 2. <br />3. A variance for ground signs too close to each other, code requires separation of 200 feet, <br />applicant shows less, Section 1163.27(a). <br />4. A variance for 2 additional wall signs, code permits 1 per building, applicant shows 3, <br />Section 1163.28. <br />Noting the applicant has stated the existing Saab sign will be removed once the brand is no <br />longer serviced at the location which passed 7-0.
