CI1'Y OF NORTH OLMSTED PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - REPORT OF FINDINGS The Planning & Design Commission, based upon substantial, probative and reliable evidence in regards to the standards for a Conditional Use Permit, as presented at the meeting of March 28, 2012 hereby renders the following findings and issues the following report on the Conditional Use Permit requested: Conditional Use Permit for: CMS12-071Vorth Olmsted Foundation Inc: 25896 Butternut Rid2e 12d_ Findings as to conditions and standards: a. V yes ? no Director ate f. ye5 ? no ADDITIONAL STANY)ARI?S ANY) CONDITIONS: In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined appropriate by the Planning & Design Commission as related to each application may also be included in the conditional use permit. Accordingly, subject to the applicant's satisfaction of the following conditions, the Commission hereby finds and recominends that the Conditiona( Use Permit be subject to the following: SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: CONDg'TgONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL. The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the application and a report of its findings to Council for its confirmation and a determination as to whether the proposed use is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning Code. The approval of a conditional use permit shall become null and void if the construction of a building or related site improvements is not started within one year following the date of approval.
