The walkway houses the Butternut School stone and the pillars were <br />constructed using salvaged bricks from the annex building. The work completed has enhanced <br />the aesthetics of the area. <br />Mr. Morse questioned the status of the Seltzer plaque. Mr. Schumann said the commission was <br />in the process of reviewing a design standard to use for plaques and once a style/design was <br />chosen their costs would be budgeted. He will speak with Ms. Wenger to ensure funds for <br />plaques are in the 2014 budget. <br />Mr. Dubowslci asked if there existed a possible drawing for a sandstone base for the historical <br />marker at Fire Station 2 which was drawn but never constructed.
