<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br />CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />The Landmarks Commission (or member designee where appropriate) is required by Chapter <br />165 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances to review and determine whether to issue a <br />Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction, demolition, or other alteration of either a <br />designated Landmark or other proposal located within a designated Landmark District. <br />Address: 30095 Lorain Road <br />Permanent Parcel Number: 234-14-016 <br />Hearing Date: SEPTEMBER 16. 2013 <br />Pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 165 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, the <br />Landmarks Commission does hereby approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for the <br />following request: <br />Windows in nook replaced with wood frame windows & storm windows to match the <br />other windows in home. <br />The nook will be resided with cedar wood. The walkway will not have crushed brick <br />and the proposed cedar bridge.
