If.- . . . <br />5. MTL-1 will be chocolate brown in color (canopy), MTL-2 will match the EIFS (coping), <br />the structural supports for the canopy will be galvanized steel, storefront framing will <br />be dark bronze. All colors and materials will be as submitted and notated in the <br />attached elevation by Mr. Rerko on 5/22/13. <br />6. The dwarf burning bushes shall be replaced with Korean spice viburnum bushes. <br />7. Fencing between the two buildings will be replaced with decorative fencing and a <br />maintenance plan for the area between the two buildings will be submitted. <br />8. Utilities will be run underground. <br />Motion approved 7-0. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />Ordinance 2013-52 <br />An Ordinance amending Section 1101 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled <br />"Subdivision Regulation" for the purpose of clarifying required deposits. <br />Ms. Wenger said council has been asked to update building and engineering section 1101 as it <br />relates to deposits to ensure the city costs are recuperated. When the section of the code was <br />written the cost factors fit the actual costs which no longer do. The change includes wording <br />which references a fee schedule which will be kept current. The.categories for number of lots to <br />be consolidated and/or rezoned were modified and special deposits identified for rezoning and <br />mix use requests. They will continue to work on reviewing and updating engineering and <br />building codes to ensure they are consistent. Commissioners had no objections to the proposed <br />updates. <br />Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Ms. Nader, to recommend approval to City Council of <br />Ordinance 2013-52, which passed 7-0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further business the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. <br />Greg Malo e, Chair /ilOnna Rote, Clerk of Commissions <br />Approved <br />3
