Cominission invited to the site to see if there is anything of historical significance worth saving <br />from the structures. Mr. McDade said it would be best for a member of the commission and he to <br />go tlu•ough the home ahead of times and reinove anything the commission would be interested in <br />preserving. Mr. Schumann said when moving the church once the structure was removed an <br />individual wallced the site with a metal detector and there were a couple artifacts found. Mr. <br />McDade said he had no objections as long as he was notified in advance. Mr. Schumann said he <br />would oversee the arrangements to have the site scanned prior to demolition. <br />Mr. Thomas moved, seconded by Ms. Schuler, to grant a Certificate of Appropriateness to <br />demolish the home and improvements for C1VIS14-1750: Noa-th Olmsted Board of <br />Education of 27191 Butternut Ridge I2oad in accordance to the site restoration plans <br />submitted Oetober 13, 2014, which passed 5-0. Mr. Schumann abstained. <br />COMMUNICA'I'IONS <br />ItC-1 Review <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line (NOMBL) obsolete records <br />Ms. Wenger said the records listed are eligible for disposal and may have been reviewed by a <br />previous Coinmission member but the Records Commission wanted to give the commission the <br />chance to go through them if they wish. Mr. Neville said that for the most part the records listed <br />are more HR type records. There is a box listed marked historical proclamations and resolutions <br />from various committees and government entities. Mr. Morse said he felt that would be one to <br />lceep for historical value. He also felt the maps depicting the routes should be retained. Mr. <br />Neville asked what would be done with the items once acquired. Mr. Dubelko felt the history of <br />the bus line was significant enough to the city for the society to look at talcing a few items. Ms. <br />Schuler felt iteins with personal information on them like HR records should not be released. Mr. <br />Morse asked who should retain the records so they could be researched Mr. Neville said Olmsted <br />Historical Society should have them. <br />Mr. Morse moved, seconded by 1VIr.
