Kennedy <br />PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - REPORT OF FINDINGS <br />Address: 29374 LORAIN ROAD <br />Proposed Use: AUTO REPAIR/RESTORATION <br />Ivleeting Date: AUGUST 26, 2015 App: 15-4158 <br />Findings as to conditions and standards (listed on reverse): <br />a. E yes ? no <br />ADDITIONAL STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS: <br />In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined appropriate by <br />the Planning & Design Commission may also be included in the conditional use permit. <br />Accordingly, the Commission hereby finds and recommends that the Conditional Use Permit be <br />subject to the following: <br />SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: <br />No paintinS will occur at the premises <br />Noise levels will comnlv with noise ordinances <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL. <br />The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the application and a <br />report of its findings to Council for its confirmation and a determination as to whether the <br />proposed use is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning Code.
