:. <br />PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MINUTES OF MARCH 23, 2016 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. Malone called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers and led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />Present: Greg Malone, David Anderson, Julie Nader,.Don Rerko, Tom Patton <br />Abserit: Paul" Schumann <br />Staff: Planning & Development Director Kim Wenger, Administrative Assistant Nicole Rambo <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Malone moved, seconded by Mr. Rerko, to approve the Planning & Design <br />Commission minutes of March 9, 2016, motion passed 5-0. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />15-5372; Starbucks; 27190 Lorain Road <br />Proposal consists of consolidating two parcels (PPN 232-25-014 & PPN 232-25-015) resulting in <br />a single parcel of 0.7353 acres with frontage on Dover. Center Road and Lorain Road. Both <br />parcels involved are currently zoned General Retail Business. The Engineering Department <br />foresees no issue with the proposed plat; however, the final mylar shall be signed and notarized <br />by the owner prior to submitting to the City for signatures. <br />Mr. Rerko moved, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to approve 15-5372; Starbucks; 27190 <br />Lorain Road consisting of consolidating two parcels (232-25-014 and 232-25-015) resulting <br />in a single parcel of 0.7353 acres with frontage on Dover Center Road and Lorain Road, <br />motion passed 5-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Zoning Code Upclate <br />Ms. Wenger stated that she will be meeting with the consultant regarding the zoning update next <br />week and also the North Olmsted Library Manager to discuss the civic triangle area. There will <br />be more to discuss at the next PDC meeting. <br />Master Plan Annual Report <br />Ms. Wenger stated that the annual report will be issued in March every year since the Master <br />Plan was adopted in March 2015. <br />Mr. Rerko moved, seconded by Ms. Nader to approve the 2016 Master Plan Annual <br />Report, motion passed 5-0. <br />ADJOURNMENT
