Some residential data was also presented that showed recent trends in rental versus <br />owner housing. North Olmsted may be attractive to certain demographics by being located <br />within 20 minutes of downtown Cleveland. Because of the many challenges of redevelopment, <br />Mr. Myers said that for an infill project to work, the city must be proactive in preparing <br />developer packages and reaching out to the development community.
