The owner has made application to the Planning and Design <br />Commission to rezone the residentially zoned property to General Retail Business District in <br />order to expand dealership operations onto this adjacent land. <br />Due to the environmentally sensitive area of the land, a conservation easement is required under <br />Chapter 926 (Riparian Setbacks and Wetland Setbacks) of the Codified Ordinances.
