Cabin. The idea behind this day is to schedule Earth Fair the first Sunday after national Earth <br />Day. It was agreed that planning meetings for Earth Fair 2017 will begin in January 2017 and <br />will be convened by James. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Suffimer in the Citv <br />James and Laura confirmed the event information as follows: <br />Sun. June 19: Ray Flanagan & the Authorities, Brunch Box <br />Sun. July 17: Cities & Coasts, Wilbecks BBQ <br />Sun. August 21: Blue Lunch, Cruise-In Confections & Nelly Belly <br />Kim expressed concern regarding the supplemental entertainment and potential sponsors, and <br />James confirmed that he would take the lead given the tight event timeline. <br />Post-1bleeting Updates: <br />Event Sponsor Confirmed: Robbie Anderson State Farm have contributed a$1,000 sponsorship <br />and will provide yard games, giveaways and mascot at each concert. <br />Potential intermission entertainment: Northeast Ohio Cosplay (TBD) <br />Rack cards have been printed and are being distributed. <br />Streetscape banners have been printed and hung along Lorain Rd <br />DISCUSSION <br />Summer & Fall Events <br />James and Kim suggested that the Commission brainstorm ideas additional events to supplement <br />Summer in the City and North Olmsted Noel. Ideas were discussed, including: an art walk, an <br />event at Fathead's incorporating the nearby cemetery, a Fall event at Frostville, a jazz and art fest <br />in early Spring 2017, and a food truck event.
