CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BUILDING & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />2016 INDEX <br />The Building & Zoning Board of Appeals minutes of August 1, 2016 are submitted for <br />approval. <br />16-6811; James Yost; 5722 Porter Road <br />Proposal consists of a 4 ft. high fence. The property is zoned One Family Residence B. <br />The following variances are required: <br />14. An 18 in. variance for 4 ft. chain link fence installed in the front building setback of the <br />abutting lot on the side street; code permits 30 in., applicant shows 48 in., Section <br />1135.02( fl(1). <br />15.
