. - , <br />of obsolete equipment and the responsibilities of the applicant versus owner. <br />Mr. Anderson moved, seconded by Ms. Nader, to recommend approval for 17-9006; T- <br />Mobile; 25151 Brookpark Road with the condition that the obsolete equipment shown on <br />the demolition plan be removed as part of the project and with the further <br />recommendation that the Building Department enforce the ordinance requiring removal of <br />any other abandoned equipment on the rooftop. Motion approved 4-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Zoning Code Implementation <br />Ms. Lieber stated that the new code has been in effect for six weeks and there are still open <br />projects under both processes. The Certificate of Zoning Compliance process is in effect for new <br />businesses and so far there have not been any submitted that were not approved. All of the <br />chapters in the zoning code have been reformatted to match the updated chapters. The checklist <br />has helped get requested information about the projects from applicants. <br />Chapter 1135 (One and Two Family Residence Districts) Amendment <br />The proposed changes were introduced to council before their July break. The public hearing <br />will be August 8fl', the second reading will be August 15'h, and the third reading will be <br />September 5t'. If all goes according to schedule, the changes should be effective October 9th <br />Project Updates <br />Ms. Lieber reviewed the status of other city projects including the Country Club Boulevard <br />Streetscape, Parks and Recreation Master Plan, Signals Phase 1, Springvale Phase 1 Renovation, <br />Old Town Hall, Butternut Historic District Signage, Butternut Ridge Road Resurfacing, Brand <br />Expansion and Communications, and Interchange Gateway Master Plan projects.
