Mr. Allain did not think the need for a shadow box fence <br />was substantiated and believed that the fence should be 50% open. Mr. Papotto did not think the <br />visibility around the fence would be affected because of the way the driveway and street are <br />situated and there would be some visibility through the board of the shadowbox fence. Mr. Raig <br />was not in favor of the solid fence so close to the sidewalk and suggested that the fence location <br />could be moved to reduce the required variances. Mr. Allain agreed that the fence could run <br />parallel to the side of the house instead of along the sidewalk. <br />Mr. Allain moved, seconded by Mr. Papotto, to approve the following variances as <br />amended for 18-11523; Tim & Rochelle Martin; 25197 Deerfield Drive: <br />1. Mr. Meyer said the variance is <br />being requested to enclose the existing area that is under the roo£ The measurement was from <br />the inside of the sidewalk. The drive-through has been enclosed and the new owners are <br />addressing the property maintenance issues. Mr. Muhammed said the roof line of the building <br />will remain the same.
