December meeting that he didn't feel he properly present his case. Mr. Kremzar informed the <br />applicant that the Board would table it to their March meeting. Mr. O'Malley wanted the board <br />to first distinguish whether or not the board would like to grant the applicant the reconsideration <br />requested or if the issue of reconsideration would be deferred for review until the next months <br />meeting. Board members agreed to address the letter for reconsideration and opened the floor to <br />discussion. Mrs. Diver questioned if the applicant would be presenting the exact same request <br />the Board already addressed or would the request be different such as size and placement as she <br />is not willing to address the same request. Mr. Weber stated that he would present more <br />information on a particular sign as well as the strengths and weaknesses of other options looked <br />at. The proposal would be revised and he would be better prepared to present his case. <br />N. Sergi moved to grant Weber Automotive their request for reconsideration of their <br />variance request. W. Kremzar seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />Mr. O'Malley advised the applicant that it would not be a new application however he would <br />have to submit his documentation in enough time to be reviewed by the Building Department <br />and circulated to the board members in advance of their meeting. Mr. Rymarczyk requested the <br />applicant submit his proposal two weeks prior to March 3ra <br />J. Maloney moved to approve the Board of Zoning Appeals minutes dated December 2, <br />2004 as written with the exception of case #1 Weber Automotive which is under <br />reconsideration. M. Diver seconded the motion, which,was unanimously approved <br />IV. ADJOURNMENT: <br />N. Sergi moved to adjourn the meeting. M. Diver seconded the motion, which was <br />unanimously approved.
