Mr. O'Malley wanted the board to first distinguish whether or not the board would like to grant the applicant the reconsideration requested or if the issue of reconsideration would be deferred for review until the next months meeting. Board members agreed to address the letter for reconsideration and opened the floor to discussion. Mrs. Diver questioned if the applicant would be presenting the exact same request the Board already addressed or would the request be different such as size and placement as she is not willing to address the same request. Mr. Weber stated that he would present more information on a particular sign as well as the strengths and weaknesses of other options looked at. The proposal would be revised and he would be better prepared to present his case. N. Sergi moved to grant Weber Automotive their request for reconsideration of their variance request. W. Kremzar seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. Mr. O'Malley advised the applicant that it would not be a new application however he would have to submit his documentation in enough time to be reviewed by the Building Department and circulated to the board members in advance of their meeting. Mr. Rymarczyk requested the applicant submit his proposal two weeks prior to March 3ra J. Maloney moved to approve the Board of Zoning Appeals minutes dated December 2, 2004 as written with the exception of case #1 Weber Automotive which is under reconsideration. M.
