<br />1. ROLL CALL:
<br />Chairman Maloney called the meeting to order @ 7:30 pm.
<br />PRESENT: Chairman J. Maloney; Board members; M. Diver, T. Kelly, and W. Kremzar.
<br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Law Director B. O'Malley, Assistant Building Commissioner T.
<br />Rymarczylc and Clerk of Commissions D. Rote.
<br />ABSENT: Board member; N. Sergi.
<br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
<br />The Board of Zoning Appeals minutes dated February 3, 2005 axe submitted for approval.
<br />W. Kremzar moved to approve the minutes as written. M. Diver seconded the motion,
<br />which was unanimously approved.
<br />Chairman Maloney reviewed that there were 7 cases requesting 24 variances and 1 special
<br />permit on the docket. He further advised that the board members had viewed the premises
<br />involved for each case. Three votes are required for approval and in addition, each case would
<br />be judged on the physical situation peculiar to itself, so that in no way is a judgment rendered
<br />considered to be a general policy judgment affecting properties and like situations elsewhere.
<br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQLTESTS:
<br />OLD BUSINESS:
<br />1. Halleen Kia, 27726 Lorain Road, (WRD 1) . .
<br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a building addition and site
<br />enlargement.
<br />The following variance is requested:
<br />A special permit to add to a non-conforming building (1165.02 (b)).
<br />1. A use variance for parlcing/storage of vehicles for Car Dealership on residentially zoned
<br />land, (code does not permit, applicant shows parking), section (1135.01).
<br />2. A 65 foot variance for building setback on Lorain Road, (code requires 75', applicant

<br />9. A variance for 1 additional wall sign on 'a building, (code permits 2, applicant shows 3),
<br />section (1163.27 (A)).
<br />10. A variance for 1 additional ground sign on a lot, code permits 1, applicant shows 2),
