Variances Granted as amended. <br />Clerks Note: This reqnests firial approval was galaled at the 7/7l05 meeting. <br />COMIlZU1vICATION: <br />Commissioner's need to adclress Mr. & Mrs. Tench's Ietter petitioning the Board of 2oning <br />Appeals Board reconsider their variance request of May 5, 2005. <br />Mr. Tench, Mrs: Tench the awners and Mr. Puchmeyer, wrth Lighthouse Pools each caffie <br />forwazd to discuss their request. 1V[rs. Diver inaicated that some of the lots meniioned in the <br />Tench's Yetter have larger lots and some aYe two parceis next to each oiher and that is vvhy the <br />board does not tatce other sifes gnto consideration when addressing a site. She did not feei it <br />needed to be readdressed unless it was to decrease the size Qf the peol. Mr_ O'Matley indicated <br />that he spoke to the Planning Director vho stated that she responded to the applicants request <br />and in no way was it the clirectors intend to give an opinion, she was just providmg the <br />requestecl information Mrs. Tench requested. Mrs. Sergi voiced f.hat she went to the site and <br />measured out the request to get a better -understa,nding of the layout Mr. Puclmeyer believed <br />that a smaller round pool would create more variances. Mr. & Mrs. Tench iaivited the board <br />members to come to their home to see the stringed pool layout. <br />J. W. Ka'emzar seconded the axotion, rnll call on the <br />motion, W. Kremzar, T. Kelty, N. Sergi, J. Maloney "yes", and M. Daver "na".
