Look at site plans to determine if the grading at the southeast corner would properly <br />flow into the detention basin. <br />2. Remove the existing chain link fence, filling in the gaps with arborvitae. <br />3. Add diversity to the landscaping on the east side including maples and/or honey locusts <br />every 20 feet. <br />4. Add evergreens around the detention area. <br />5. Add diversity to the front landscaping including a perennial mix. <br />6. Modify the sign base to be masonry which matches the building. <br />7. Modify the building material colors to reflect the brown tones shown on the <br />photograph submitted. <br />8. Modify the coping from red to bronze. <br />9. Paint the man doors brown to match the building. <br />10. Modify the signage diagram to better reflect the sign representation in the photos <br />submitted. <br />11. Revise photometric plan with the light pole heights as discussed. <br />12. Add a bike rack. <br />G. Malone seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />New Planniniz and Design Commission <br />Ms. Wenger discussed the passage of Issue 97 creating a new Planning and Design Commission <br />which would effectively dissolve the ARB.
