closely mirror building S. J. Nader seconded the motion, roll call on the motion S. Zergott, <br />J. Crook, T. Ulewicz - yes and J. Nader abstained. Proposal Tabled. <br />Mr. Skoulis believed that the board overlooked the applicants needing to cleanout debris in the <br />rear areas and grading the base of the mounds to make sure the water does not run into residents' <br />yards. Mr. Zprgott believed that the Engineering Deparhnent would oversee the grading of the <br />site. <br />R. Koeth moved to table Carnegie Management & Development Corporation, Parcel E with <br />the following recommendations; 1) The applicant is to follow the Architectural Review <br />Boards recommendations. 2) Follow the City's concept of both building B& C. 3). <br />Applicants are to work with the City Forester regarding salvaging trees along 6oth Linda <br />and Mitchell Drives. 3) There are to be no variances required. 4) The commission wants to <br />see new plans i.e. site plans, photometric plans and landscaping plans. 5) Plans are to be <br />submitted prior to the meeting so commissioners have an opportunity to review them. T. <br />Hreha seconded the mation wluch was unanimously approved. <br />V. ADJQURNMENT <br />R. Koeth moved to adjourn the meeting and excuse the absences of Planning Commission <br />members J. Lasko and W. Spalding. S. Hoff-Smith seconded the motion wluch was unanimously <br />approved. Meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br />7
