OLD BUSINESS:
Tim Ulewicz 26775 Butternut Ridge:
Mr. Ulewicz would like to receive the Commission's approval for a change in material for the
exterior of his home. He received a certificate of appropriateness and building permit last year.
His case number 49388.
Mr. Ulewicz proposed a change in materials for the type of siding used on his addition which
was previously approved. He presented his plan to use a random square staggered edge siding
in an oyster shell color. A brief discussion as to what would be seen from the street took place,
as well as the materials and placement of the new materials chosen. Mr. Ulewicz preferred the
random square staggered edge as it was seamless and natural to the historical period of his
home. He was unable to find a match for the present sandstone on his home. Mr. Schumann
questioned, if the applicant spoke to the KIA owner to acquire the sandstone from the building
that was to be demolished. Mr. Ulewicz suggested that he would be receiving some sandstone
from the KIA owner but it would be used for capping along the front top section but that
sandstone does not match his existing sandstone.
T.
