F <br />has relocated out of state. Mrs. Davis also mentioned 26050 Butternut Ridge. It is currently a <br />rental, the family who owns the home now lives in Florida. The lot has not been maintained. <br />Mrs. Lord said that she would give the inspector relevant historical information. She would <br />like the homes in question to maintain at least a minimal level of preservation. Mr. Schumann <br />articulated the importance of maintaining minimal standards before the structure disintegrates. <br />Mrs. Lord requested Shannon speak with the inspector with regard to these concerns. <br />V. COIVIMiTleTICATIO1oTS: <br />Mr. Schock urged everyone to attend the Cleveland Restoration Society event for preservation <br />in downtown Cleveland. It will take place between 5-8 pm, July 20, 2006. <br />Mrs. Lord reviewed all the additional communications from memberships and magazines. <br />Mr. Schumann mentioned that the Civil War reenactment will take place on July 15th and 16tn <br />from 10 am-5 pm. The Olmsted Historical Society will be having NEOTA at Frostville to tour <br />the homes which will include people to speak on North Olmsted history, Frostville, and the <br />Barton Road Church. Mr. Schumann said that the Historical Society is trying to improve the <br />touring on Sundays. Frostville Suinmer days brought in many people, many children <br />participated in activities. <br />Mr. Lang will be presented with a proclamation by the City in August. Landmarks will be <br />contributing $5.00 each towards a gift certificate to Macaroni Grill. Mrs. Lord has spoken <br />with Mr. Lang regarding the proclamation. <br />VI. COM1ViITTEE REPORTS: <br />Archival Committee: Mrs. Thogmartin was not able to meet with Mr. Dubowski. Mrs. Lord <br />suggested the boxes in front of the archives should be moved for accessibility. <br />Plaque Committee: Mr. Rerko is not in attendance to discuss the plaquing. Mr. Schock <br />inquired as to how many homes are plaqued on Butternut Ridge Road. <br />Education Committee: <br />One SITES student for next year has been assigned who is interested in working on the church <br />project. Mrs. VanAuken's project is still in the works. Mr. Schtunann picked up the slides <br />from her and Dr. Sebring is putting together 400 slides on the disk. All of the slides are marked <br />with their specific information.. Mrs. VanAuken would like to continue giving the presentation <br />on North Olmsted in the community. Mr. Schumann suggested presenting the slides at one of <br />the meetings of the Historical Society or Landmarks. <br />VII. ADJOURNIVIENT: <br />Mrs. Thogmartin motioned to adjourn the meeting, second by Mr. Dubowski.
