Mr. <br />O'Ma11ey agreed with both the Planning Director and Building Commissioner's <br />recommendations. However the suggested recrafting of tflie legislation is up to City <br />Council, the commission can and should make recommendations to Council but be aware <br />that Council does not have to accept or follow the commissions' recommendations. <br />The Commission discussed hold'ang the ordinance until the changes were made. Mr. <br />Bohlmann recommended passing the ordinance with the inclusion of the Planner's <br />reeommendations, and the Commission agreed. Ms. Wenger said that she believed that <br />Council would work with her recommendations as well as the commission's. <br />M. Mahoney moved to recommend approval of ordinauce 2006-130 with the inclusion <br />of the recommended amendments described by the Planning Director. RBohlmann <br />seconded the inotion which was uoanimousiy approved. <br />VII. COIVIlVIITTEE ItEPO1tTS: <br />City of North Olmsted Master Plan; Annual Report (June 2006) <br />Ms. Wenger reviewed tha.t the 2005 Master Plan requires an annual review be conducted by <br />the Commission. She took action items out of tlne implementation matrix which aze to be <br />acted upon or ackiieved, then reviewed time frames and the sta.tus of each action item. <br />However the three priority action items are not listed in the report but should could add <br />them easily. She would like the commission's approval to submit the regort to the <br />Administration and City Council with any amend.ments or mmdifications the comanission <br />may have. Mr. Yager suggested incorporating pictures. <br />Mr. Yager reviewed that there was a special project meetiiag prior to the coanmissions <br />rneeting and they reviewed the components of the design guidelines and those comments <br />were submitted to the planner for incorporation. <br />M. MahOney moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Lasko. R. Bahlmamn seconded the <br />ffiotion which was ananimously approved. <br />VIII.
