Exit 2 Storage is directly across the street rom our business park at 6767-31386 Industrial Parkway. We have gone to great lengths and expense to develop a high yuality, all masonry business park of which we and the City of North Olmsted can be proud. To allow the outside storage of campers, boats, trailers, etc. directly across the street would be horrific. We have worked very hard to bring distinguished companies such as Orkin Exterminating, Ryan Homes, Lincare Health Care Solutions, Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Source Diagnostic Services and The Plain Dealer to our buildings in North Olmsted. We cannot imagine submitting them, their customers as well as other businesses on the street to this daily sight. We have met with Colliers International, our commercial real estate broker, and they have told us that having this outside stocage will hinder their leasing efforts to bring future quality companies to North Olmsted. We feel that Exit 2 Storage has done a nice job with the first phase of their development. We understand the financial potential for outside storage, but we feel that the damage that it will do to us, our tenants and the entire park far outweighs the financial benefit it will provide Exit 2 Storage. I apologize that due to a prior family commitment I was not able to attend this meeting in person. I hope you understand my strong concern and will vote accordingly.
