1. A 10 square foot variance for a wall sign larger than code allows, (code permits 100 sq ft, <br />applicant shows 110 sq ft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1163.27 (C)). <br />Mr. Mitchel with the sign company came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. <br />Mitchel indicated that his client is just adding the words "home goods" to their existing sign. <br />They have tried to work within the city codes to come as close as possible to what is allowed. <br />The national headquarters wants clearer definition as to what is offered in their product line. <br />When the existing sign is removed the front panel will be resurfaced prior to the new sign <br />erected. <br />J. Burke moved to grant T J Maxx of 25959 Lorain Road their request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of a new sign and that the following variance is granted: <br />1.
