Mr. Collins advised that there would need to <br />be ground water elevations checked as required "Per the proposed "Land Saver" underground <br />detention system requirements". Mr. Lasko said that requirements pertaining to 15% landscaping <br />and dense screening are in this applicant's case not relevant. The existing nature of the site is <br />such that meeting requirements would not benefit surrounding land owners. <br />J. Lasko moved to approve the proposal for Fortney & Weygandt of 31269 Bradley Road <br />which consists of additional parking with the following conditions: <br />1) A legal easement for shared drives is to be drafted for review by the law department. <br />2) Landscaping improvements will have all trees planted a minimum of 2 inch caliper or <br />larger, evergreen shrubs planted a minimum of 36 inches and any deciduous shrubs 5 <br />gallon container size or more. <br />G. Malone seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />VI. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Planniniz Special Proiects Committee: <br />Crocker Sterns Corridor Plan 6:30 pm <br />Ms. Wenger reviewed that the special projects committee met and made recommendations for <br />plan changes and once the changes are made the plan will be docketed for the commission. <br />VII.
