A variance for flood lighting on front poles, (code does not allow applicant shows floods) <br />section (1161.12 (d)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1163.26 (A)), (1163.27 (A)), (1139.07), <br />(1161.12 (C)), (1161.12 (F)) and (1161.12 (d)). <br />The variances are contingent upon lot consolidation being approved and plans marked <br />received by Building September 18, lighting September 28, 2007, which was unanimously, <br />approved 4-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. O'Malley reviewed that the Randall House findings were drafted based on the boards <br />Septemlier meeting.
