Mr. Wahl suggested a partnership between the Cultural Activities Commission and the <br />Landmarks Commission in 2009 to host an event at Frostville Museum with live music and <br />museum tours. Mr. Schumann said that type of event has been discussed and the assistance of <br />the Cultural Activities Commission would be greatly appreciated. Various band ideas, lighting, <br />and on site electric power capacity was discussed. Mr. Schumann said he hoped non-profit <br />organizations will begin to use the Frostville site to host events. <br />COMIVIUNICATIONS <br />Olmsted Performin2 Arts F'ax (as example of P12 & Advertising) <br />It was agreed that faxing flyers to advertise productions and events was a good idea and worth <br />looking into. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />I9over Plavers Update <br />Ms. Martindale reported that the play R UR was a success. The profit from the show was <br />approximately $25.00. One of the Saturday night shows was sold out.
