LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br />CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNIVIENT SUBCOMMITTEE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MINUTES FOR NOVEMBER 3, 2008 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Subcommittee Chair Thomas called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. in the Finance Department <br />Meeting Room. <br />Present: Dale Thomas, Paul Schumann, Thomas Schock <br />Staff: Secretary Tricia Granfors <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Certified Local Government (CLG) Application <br />For the submittal format, it was determined the application and checklist pages will be placed <br />together in front with the appendices and supporting documentation in later sections. Extraneous <br />supporting documents will be kept to a minimum. Review was completed through Checklist <br />Page 3, Question 5. A Historic Preservation Plan will be prepared by the Subcommittee <br />members, which is to include Certificate of Appropriateness information and the Frostville <br />Museum Five Year Master Plan. An Annual Report will be prepared beginning with 2008; Mr. <br />Schumann submitted text to be included in the report. A brief personnel profile page will be <br />created as a summary of resumes included in the application. <br />ADJOURNMElVT <br />The next meeting of the Certified Local Government Subcommittee will be scheduled at the <br />Landmarks Commission meeting of November 10, 2008.
