Also Jaines and I have a
volunteer commitment at our church tonight and are unable to attend the BZD
meeting, So if one of you would please read out the paragraph below on
our behalf when the comrnittee opens up the hearing, we would greatly
appreciate it.
"Both James L,eelc and Natalie I,eelc of 27052 Buttemut Ridge Rd, strongly support Councilman Orlowski's legislation. We
are disappointed that several of the City officials, Who in face we have helped to elect in the past), that were involved in
makingdecisions regarding the Biddulph Trails proj ect are not standing up for the citizens of North Olmsted such as
ourselves cznd others in o u r neighborhood. Their actions to clate on the Biddulph Trails project have demonstrated to us
clearly that once these officials are elected they pay little re ard to the democratic process oflistenmg and responding to the
concerns of the same people that helped elect the in th erst place. They have misused and brolcen the trust placed in
them inore than once and hence requinng a vote from the citYZens cUrectly on such matters has become essential."
T1lanlc you so much in advance.
Sincerely,
Natalie and James Leelc
R,EC-E.JV.EJD
NOV 1 2 2008
PL"'`YNN?'t DfiD? n-, --
