Roll <br />call: Diver, Rudolph, Bellido, Lopez - yes, Sergi - no, variance granted 4-1. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Order and Finding Form <br />Frank Montegani of 5195 Park Lane <br />Mrs. Sergi moved, seconded by Mr. Lopez to adopt the order of findings for Frank <br />Montegani of 5159 Park Lane as written, which was unanimously approved 5-0. <br />Revised Rules and Regulation and BZA Application: <br />Mrs. Sergi moved, seconded by Mrs. Bellido to table the Revised Rules and Regulation and <br />BZA Application until meeting next which was unanimously approved 5-0. <br />Mrs. Diver asked if inembers had dates available so a class date could be set. Members preferred <br />to have a class prior to a regularly scheduled meeting and limit the class to 1 hour. Board <br />members agreed to have the training class prior to their October lst meeting.
