Mr. Malley said if he is not allowed to keep the pole sign he would <br />not install a new light pole. <br />Ms. Rudolph moved, seconded by Mrs. Bellido, to grant Malley's Chocolates of 23473 <br />Lorain Road a variance to keep a sign pole and base after removing abandoned sign; code <br />requires removal of all frames, supports and base, applicant shows pole and base to <br />remain. Proposal is in violation of section 1163.11(b). Roll call: Diver, Rudolph, Bellido, <br />Lopez - no, Sergi - yes.
