Sign Plan for the plaza. Mrs. Diver aslced if the applicant wished to proceed or be tabled until <br />the owners have an oppoi-tunity to respond to the Boards request. <br />Mrs. Sergi questioned who was responsible to notify the Plaza owners to advise them the Board <br />of Zoning Appeals had requested a Master Sign Plan be developed for plaza as they have made <br />the same request of other plazas within North Olmsted in the past as well. She questioned if the <br />Building Department contacts the owners once the board requests a Master Sign Plan. Mrs. <br />Diver said she did not feel the board should address the applicant without the owner being <br />present and addressing the boards request for a master sign plan. Mr. Belknap said he would do <br />what ever the board request of him. Mrs. Sergi said that the board wants a sign package for the <br />entire Plaza and the owners to Ue present. Ms. Rudolph asked if the board could table the matter <br />until the owner presents what the board had requested and was advised they could. She suggested <br />both the Assistant Building Commissioner and Mr. Belknap advise the owners of the board's <br />request. <br />Ms. Rudolph moved, seeonded by Mrs. Bellido, to table Sears Outlet of 26662 Brookpark <br />Road Extension pending receiving a Master Sign I'lan submitted for the entire plaza which <br />was unanimously approved 5-0. <br />COMMUNICATI0N5 <br />2009 meeting calendar <br />Board members reviewed the 2009 meeting calendar and due to a possible conflict the November <br />5, 2009 date was moved to November 12, 2009. <br />Ms. Rudolph moved, seconded by Mrs. Bellido to adopt the 2009 meeting schedule as amended <br />which was unanimously approved 5-0. <br />Building Department Report <br />Noveinber 2008 <br />ADJOURIVMENT <br />The nleeting was adjouined at 9:45 pm. <br />Maureen Diver, Chair I)onn <br />Approved: <br />Commissions <br />7
