All board members said they would be open to calling a special meeting to address the <br />request once the building department had worked with the homeowner and pool company. <br />Ms. Rudolph moved, seconded by Mr. Lopez, to table the variance request of Margaret <br />Shiels of 5126 Lucydale Ave until the next meeting which was approved 5-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mrs. Sergi said the board needed to adopt the revised rules as amended during caucus. <br />Ms. Rudolph moved, seconded by Mr. Lopez, to adopt the 2010 Rules and Regulations with <br />the following amendments: 1. All reference to BZA within Article III be changed to <br />referencnng board. 2. Article III section 3: under evidence the last sentence of the first <br />paragraph will read, "In the event new or revised documentation submitted at a scheduled <br />meeting the board may but is not required to table the matter to a date certain to give due <br />consideration". 3.
