Further there needs to be enough area between the fences for the owner to maintain <br />his fence and yard. Mr. Poorman said he believed his fence was two feet in from his property <br />line. Mr. McKee submitted a site survey dated 1975 and Mr. Mitchell said due to the age of the <br />survey he would prefer a new survey submitted. Mrs. Sabo aslced if the fence would be stained <br />and the McKees said they would stain the interior side of the fence and would only stain the <br />exterior if the Poormans wanted it stained. <br />Mr. Jarachovic moved, seconded by Mr. Althen, to grant Kyle & Julia McKee of 28641 <br />Jenkins Road a 98-foot section of fence to be installed along west property line; applicant <br />shows fencing along a property line where neighbor's fencing already exists, code does not <br />permit, Section 1369.03(a)(3), with the understanding a new survey will be submitted <br />depicting the property line to the building department. T'here should be a minimum 36 <br />inch distance to allow maintenance of the area between the fences, which was approved 3-0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Ms. Sabo said as there was no prior notice, members' absences were not excused.
