LANDMARKS COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MEETING MINUTES OF MARCH 8, 2010 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. in Council Chambers and Mr. Dubowski <br />led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Present: Tom Dubowski, Maryellen Davis, Dale Thomas, Paul Schumann, Albert Richner, <br />John Lasko <br />Absent: Mark Mahoney, David Neville, Don Rerko <br />Staff: Secretary Tricia Granfors <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of February 8, 2010 were approved as written. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Old Town Hall ADA Improvements, CLG Grant <br />Mr. Schumann reported the application was submitted by the March lst deadline. The City <br />requested a grant of $24,950 to make the necessary improvements for ADA accessibility. The <br />grant applications will be evaluated and the City should hear something from the State in April. <br />If successful, the project could begin as soon as May. <br />Sneaker Series - hosted bv First Universalist Church <br />Mr. Thomas and Ms. Granfors will meet at the church on Wednesday, March 10 to become <br />familiar with the facility and deternune the best way to set up for the presentation on Thursday. <br />Frostville Ohio Historical Marker Resolution of Support <br />City Council approved the Resolution on March 2. Mr. Schumann attended the Council <br />committee meeting on this resolution. He noted that Councilman Kearney was very supportive <br />of this effort and the events at Frostville Museuxn. <br />Historic Inventorv Review for Ohio Historical Society I-Form <br />This project remains in progress. Mr. Schumann will complete his list. The list Mr. Schock was <br />working on will be forwarded to Mr. Thomas after Thursday's presentation. <br />Biddulph House <br />Mr. Schumann advised Ms. Davis he knows someone who is interested in purchasing the <br />Biddulph House.
