'I'he variance will have no adverse impact to the community or site <br />as it is an existing condition. 1VIotion approved 5-0. <br />Mr. Laslco moved, seconded by Mrs. Meredith, to recommend the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals grant C1VIS10-26: Wal-Mart of 24801 Brookpark Road a 5.51 foot variance for <br />parking in landscape setbaclc (north area of employee parking); code requires 25 feet, <br />applicant shows 19.49 feet, Section 1149.04(c). The area will be looked at by the applicant <br />to see if the variance can be eliminated by reconfiguring the area if not the variance should <br />be granted. Motion approved 5-0. <br />Mi•. Meredith, to table CM510-26: Wal-Mart of 24801 <br />Broolcpai•k Road pencling the Board of Zoning Appeals outcorrie which was approved 5-0. <br />COMMUNICATION <br />Ordinance No. 2010-112 <br />An Ordinance amending Section 1139.01 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. <br />Laslco advised that due to time constraints the commission will petition council for an extension <br />of time to review Ordinance 2010-112 at their next meeting. <br />Mi•.
