CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - REPORT OF FINDINGS <br />The Planning & Design Commission, based upon substantial, probative and reliable evidence in regards <br />to the standards for a Conditional Use Permit, as presented at the meeting of Januarv 13, 2010, hereby <br />renders the following findings and issues the following report on the Conditional Use Permit requested: <br />Conditional Use Permit for: CMS09-13 Calvary Community Church of 28887 Lorain Road: <br />Findings as to conditions and standards: <br />a. E yes ? no <br />b. M yes ? no <br />c. Z yes ? no <br />d. Z yes ? no <br />e. N yes ? no <br />f. 0 yes ? no <br />ADDITIONAL STANDARDS AND CONDI'I'IONS: <br />In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined appropriate by the <br />Planning & Design Commission as related to each application may also be included in the conditional use <br />permit. Accordingly, subject to the applicant's satisfaction of the following conditions, the Commission <br />hereby finds and recommends that the Conditional Use Permit be subject to the following: <br />SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: <br />* An a2reeraaent for the parkin2 arrangements to satisfy Section 1161.06 requirements and <br />eliminate the need for a variance will be submitted to the law department. <br />* A revised site plan will be submitted showin2 the relocated dumpsters, required ADA <br />parkin2, loadin2 spaces, and buildin2 materials to be used to enclose the existing loading <br />door which will be addressed under minor change. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PEI2MIT APPROVAI.. <br />The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the application and <br />a report of its findings to Council for its confirmation and a determination as to whether the proposed use <br />is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning Code. <br />The approval of a conditional use permit shall become null and void if the construction of a <br />building or related site improvements is not started within one year following the date of approval. <br />Accordingly, basecl on the foregoing findings and subject to the conditions, if any, the Planning & Design <br />Commission hereby recommends that the above Conditional Use Permit be: <br />GRANTED DEIVIED <br />?P.a- -,
