CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - REPORT OF FINDINGS The Planning & Design Commission, based upon substantial, probative and reliable evidence in regards to the standards for a Conditional Use Permit, as presented at the meeting of Januarv 13, 2010, hereby renders the following findings and issues the following report on the Conditional Use Permit requested: Conditional Use Permit for: CMS09-13 Calvary Community Church of 28887 Lorain Road: Findings as to conditions and standards: a. N yes ? no f. 0 yes ? no ADDITIONAL STANDARDS AND CONDI'I'IONS: In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined appropriate by the Planning & Design Commission as related to each application may also be included in the conditional use permit. Accordingly, subject to the applicant's satisfaction of the following conditions, the Commission hereby finds and recommends that the Conditional Use Permit be subject to the following: SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: * An a2reeraaent for the parkin2 arrangements to satisfy Section 1161.06 requirements and eliminate the need for a variance will be submitted to the law department. * A revised site plan will be submitted showin2 the relocated dumpsters, required ADA parkin2, loadin2 spaces, and buildin2 materials to be used to enclose the existing loading door which will be addressed under minor change. CONDITIONAL USE PEI2MIT APPROVAI.. The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the application and a report of its findings to Council for its confirmation and a determination as to whether the proposed use is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning Code. The approval of a conditional use permit shall become null and void if the construction of a building or related site improvements is not started within one year following the date of approval. Accordingly, basecl on the foregoing findings and subject to the conditions, if any, the Planning & Design Commission hereby recommends that the above Conditional Use Permit be: GRANTED DEIVIED ?P.a- -,
