go through the items and if there is anything of interest then the office will go through the <br />records retention process to have them turned over permanently. <br />Speaker Series: speaker identification <br />Ms. Wenger said there was mention of sponsoring an event at Frostville which will need to be <br />discussed at next meeting to ensure there is time to advertise. <br />Designation of Landmarks <br />Mr. Thomas said they found a map from 1858 at Frostville which shows the stone quarry right <br />next to the Porter Road home. They assume the home was built using stones from the quarry. <br />Ms. Wenger said that she will draft an outline on how the commission will precede to draft their <br />report to Planning and Design Commission. <br />2011 Certified Local Government grant application <br />Ms. Wenger said grant decisions have been made but she has not heard whether or not the city <br />was successful.
