Mr. Kanis said they were just informed that they <br />require variances therefore they would like to return with their architect and be better prepared to <br />address their request. Ms. Meredith asked if the daycare/pre-school across the street was within <br />the 500 feet. Mr. O'Malley said the administration would have to look into how the business is <br />classified and or certified. Mr. Malone asked how the rooms are defined on the plan as it relates <br />to the code for minimum floor area. He would like the plans to be clear as to what area is office <br />and what area will be for devices. The commission requested more detailed drawings. Ms. <br />Wenger said upon the applicants return they will need to address the variances required so the <br />commission can make recommendations to the Board of Zoning Appeals. If the applicant <br />returns November 21, 2011 the commission can make a recommendation on the variances and <br />forward the applicant to the December 1 st BZA meeting. <br />Mr. Mahoney moved, seconded by Mr. Rerko, to table CMS11-23: Lucky Break Cafe of <br />26715 Broolcpark Road Ext to give the applicant the opportunity to address the concerns <br />raised. The proposal will be docketed on the November 21, 2011 agenda.
