_ --} <br />following amendment be recommended to City Council: <br />Religious uses: Facilities for religious worship and incidental religious education, recreation <br />and assembly buildings. <br />This would ensure housing units do not appear under permitted religious uses. The wording <br />addressed the commissions concerns and still allows flexibility within the code. Commissioners <br />felt the recommended amendment was a better fit. <br />Ms. Meredith moved, seconded by Mr. Bohlmann, to recommend approval of Ordinance <br />2011-65: An Ordinance amending Section 1139.01 of the North Olmsted Zoning Code <br />entitled "General Retail Business District" to permit religious uses, including churches and <br />related buildings. The Commission recommends the amendment to the legislation as <br />presented by the administration.
