Mr. Tallon indicated we will send you on to the Architectural Review Board, you will <br />need to make sure you have samples of the paint you will be using as well information about the <br />briclc, maybe even some literature that shows the paint is guaranteed not to chip off of brick. <br />Mr. Koeth questioned what is on top of the pealc. Mr•. Schill indicated that will be a metal roof <br />that will project out 7' feet, it will be blaclc baclced on enamel. Tallon motioned to approve NorwZllc Furniture; 25313 Lorain Road their proposal to <br />renovate the exterior and interior tenant space in existing shopping center, with the following <br />recommendations, that the Board of Zoning Appeals allow the variances for the front set back <br />for the entrance way. The motion was seconded by, T. Brennan and unanimously approved. <br />1Vlotion Carried. Note: The Commissioners are recommending this based on what they feel are <br />minor encroaclunents, because of the variance and because of the oddity of the lot were it is <br />down low and they need the site line. Therefore we feel the variance is not a major one. <br />R. The clerlc also announced that no further notices would be sent out regarding this case. <br />B} CEI Tra.nsmission Tower: 31131 Lorain Road: <br />Proposal is to place wireless communications antenna at the top of the existing transmission <br />tower and place wireless communications antenna equipment cabinets dii-ectly under the tower. <br />Note: Use and Location, currently not permitted. <br />Ms. Fox with LCC cominunications came forward, i-epresenting North Coast communications <br />which is developing a wireless communications systems thr-oughout the greater Cleveland area. <br />Ms. Fox indicated we are requesting the approval of the power mount to a CEI existing <br />stnicture. It is her understanding that an ordinance that will be discussed tonight will come into <br />effect in January, but their clients would like to get started. The area that has Ueen chosen was <br />researched and found not to have an impact on the suri•ounding neighborhoods. This tower <br />will provide wireless services throughout this area for the i•esidents and facilitate Nortli <br />Olmsted's goals for CO-locating. The system is called the wireless loop which will be your <br />home phone and will be completely wireless. The difference Uetween oui- phone and a mobile <br />phone that AT&T provides is that you will be able to use your home phone as your mobile <br />3
