Tallon moved to accept the Crete Properties Consolidation Plat, a proposal to combine <br />land designated as permauent parcel Numbers 237-01-006 and 237-04-001 into one (1) <br />parcel located on the south side of Lorain Road west-adjacent to the new North Olmsted Fue <br />Station. Zoning is Retail Business, General and the proposal conforms to frontage and area <br />requirements of the zoning code. NEW BUSINESS: No items. <br />IX. OLD BUSINES5: • <br />Mr. Tallon explained Dostal Funeral Home came before the comunission on May 12, 1998. They <br />were heard by board of zoning appeals June 4, 1998 and scheduled for architectuxal review board <br />June 17, 1998. It has caused a problem as following this schedule will cause final approval to be <br />delayed u.ntil August as council has called tlieir vacation for July and the last meeting in June is <br />June 16, 1998 (the day before architectural review board). As the same materials will be utilized <br />to match the existing building, Mr. Tallon suggested that the commission withdraw their request <br />to send this proposal to architectural review board. R. Tallon motioned to move Dostal <br />Embalming Service directly to board of zoning development committee of cou.ncil. The motiou <br />was seconded by T. Brennan and unanimously approved. <br />X.
