M. Yager moved to recommend approval of the design as presented with tlie following <br />comments: the orange canopies be broken down into three or four pieces and parts; that the <br />potential curved top be identified below the word "Home" and near the exit; and that the <br />lumber canopy try to accommodate some of those same motifs. In the framing of the motion <br />Mr. Yager requested that the following comments be forwarding to plamiing commission: he <br />strongly objects to the idea of back of the house elements working their way to the front of a <br />prominent strip center. The motion was seconded by B. Zergott and unanunously approved. <br />It was announced that this proposal will be heard at planning commission on Tuesday, June 9, <br />1998 at 7:30 P.M. Mr. Perisi agreed to have plans ready in time for that meetmg. When the <br />elevations come in, Mr. Zergott noted they can be submitted to Mr. Liggett for approval. <br />Mr. Perisi thanked the City of North Olmsted and the members of all boards and commission's <br />for taking the time to review this proposal. Additionally he thanked the architectural review <br />board members directly for oailing this special meeting to accommodate the developer. <br />Assistant Building Commissioner Rymarczyk added to the agenda the signage package for <br />t'rreat Northern Shopping Center. During general discussion the members noted they would <br />prefer the letters to be reduced to a maximum height of five (5') feet. <br />VI.
