M. Yager moved to approve the C.V.S. Pharmacy; 23359 Lorain Road, proposal as submitted with
the following comments: the landscape plan is to be redesigned and resubmitted to Mr. Zergott for
approval; the consideration for the dumpster enclosure be made for locating it closer to the future
development pad; that the future development be considered before you isolate..... I am assuining
that you are not building them at the same time unless you get this one up to date and this is an
aggressive program; that the monument signs be located in the center of the two large islands on
Clague and Lorain between each set of entrances and that they say "C.V.S. Pharmacy Drive - T1ru
and Food Mart;" that the developer go back and converse with C.V.S. about the possibility of
adding a second tenant onto that sign; any comments from the engineering office in regards to
fencing be accommodated; the building design is fine and approved as submitted 'm terms of the
proportion, color, etc.; on the signing program we accept "C.V.S./pharmacy" and we ask that you
remove the `Drive thru and Food Mart" from the small side signs on both the west elevation and
the north elevation. The motion was seconded by T. Liggett and unanimously approved. Mr.
Conway advised the proposal will be sent to the B.Z.D. Committee of Council, and he asked that
the revised landscaping plan be submitted for Mr. Zergott's review prior to the next B.Z.D.
meeting.
VI. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 P.M.

B. Zergott, Chairman
CL ,
A. Cornish, Clerk of Commissions
