Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Brown. The clerk aunounced there was a mistake in the city records aud parcel <br />236-23-06 is actually owned by Scott Burgess. Despite this error the Burgess' did receive notice of <br />this hearing, as they called to inform the city the records were incorrect. Mr. Brown stated he has <br />spoken with the Burgess' regarding tlus request and Mr. Burgess did not seem to have a problem. <br />The clerk noted the records have since been conected aud coufirmed Mr: Burgess was aware of this <br />meeting. Mr. Brown explained the request. T'he members believed it would be an improvement to <br />get rid ofthe existing barn. <br />J. Also request Special Permit (1123.11). <br />Request special permit to enlarge non-conforming building as the existing house and approved <br />addition average 45 feet from the rear lot line and a 50 foot setback is required. Special permit <br />required Ord. 90-125, Section 1165.02. Chairmau Gomersall called all interested parties before the <br />board. The oath was admuustered to Mr. Meszes (representing the contractor). Mr. Gomersall noted <br />tlus came before the board previously and questioned the changes. Mr. Meszes noted this request is <br />to replace the existing (12' X 12') sun room with a new one (13' X 16'). He clarified this would <br />violate the 50 foot setback requirement which is the reason for the request. The members liad no <br />problein with tlus request. <br />T.
