} <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was adininistered to Ms. <br />Sherwood, Mr. Pougrass, and Ms. Webb, a concemed neighbor. Mr. Gomersall asked what <br />relationslup to the case Mr. Pongrass had. Mr. Pongrass indicated he is Ms. Sherwood's fiancee. <br />Ms. Webb indicated she was a neighbor and just would like to know what was being done. Mr. <br />Gomersall reviewed the variances being asked for. He asked Mr. Koberna for lus opinion on if the <br />2' ft height variance was needed on a three car garage. Ms. Webb suggested her house has very lugh <br />peeks and if the garage wasn't peeked it would look strange. Mr. Conway asked if the walls are at <br />8' ft the pitch is four and twelve which you don't want to go any less then that. So If the walls are . <br />at 8' ft that is the height they need. Mr. Gomersall suggested then that solves that, and asked if there <br />were any further questions. No further questions were asked. <br />T. Koberna moved to grant Cynthia Sherwood, 26994 Butternut Rdg. Rd., her request for variance <br />(1123.12). <br />1) An 82' square foot variance to construct detached garage in excess of 750 square feet <br />maximum size permitted by code. <br />2) A 2' Foot height variance iu excess of the 15 feet maximum permitted. <br />Violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1135.02 C-l.
