ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman, Tallon called the meeting to order at 7:50pm. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, R. Tallon, Board members, K. O'Rourke and T. Brennan, <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Law Director, 7. Dubelko, Building Commissioner, D. Conway, City <br />Engineer, P. Deichmann and Clerk of Commissions, D. Rote. <br />ABSENT: Board members, R. Koeth, T. Hreha, W. Spalding and S. Asseff. <br />II. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1). Olmsted Manor Consolidation Plat: <br />The proposal, as required by the City, is to combine Permanent Parcels Numbers 232-13-002 and <br />232-13-003 into one (1) parcel. Location is the North side of Mill Road and the site of the <br />currently being constructed Olmsted Manor Assisted Living Facility. Zoning is Retail Business, <br />General Entirely and the proposal conforms to area and frontage requirements of the Zoning <br />Code. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />The Planning Commissioners will need to review the following ordinances: <br />1). Ordinance No. 99-139: An ordinance creating new chapter 1140 of the Planning and Zoning code <br />of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Public Facilities Overlay District." <br />2). Ordinance No. 99-140: An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City <br />of North Olmsted in order to supplementally Zone the hereinafter described five parcels of real <br />property located East of Relocated S.R. 252 and South of I-48, so as to include them within the <br />Public Facilities Overlay District ("PFO") of the City of North Olmsted. <br />VI. COMIvIITTEE REPORTS: <br />There will be a Master Plan meeting held on November 10, 1999, at 7:30PM in the Mayors <br />conference room. The agenda will proceed as follows: 1. Discussion defining the definition of a <br />split zoned lot. 2. Review of the 1992 Master Plan chapter 1-4 will be discussed and amended as <br />needed. 3. Agenda will be set for the December 8, 1999 meeting.
